My name is Anthony Peterson, and I’m the founder of the Two Line Heatwave Hockey Series—a summer hockey program in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  

Hockey isn’t just something I organize—it’s something I live. As the father of a passionate young goalie, I’ve seen up close what players really need to grow in the off-season. Watching my son develop opened my eyes to the gaps in summer hockey—especially around structured development, real competition, and proper training for goalies.  

That’s why I built something different.  

The Two Line Heatwave Hockey Series gives players more than just ice time. It creates a competitive, high-energy environment where they can sharpen skills, gain confidence, and stay connected to the game all summer. From the two-line format to custom jerseys and championship rings, every detail is designed to make the experience exciting, meaningful, and memorable.  

But this is just the start.  

I’m working toward expanding into dedicated goalie and player development programs—offering focused training that helps athletes take the next step in their game. Goalies, in particular, deserve specialized attention, and as a goalie parent, I’m committed to building that.  

At the core of all this is a simple mission: to provide a local, affordable, and truly competitive hockey experience that benefits players and families in our community. This isn’t just a league—it’s a long-term vision for developing players on and off the ice.
