The inaugural Heatwave Cup is being built to give players, coaches and families an exciting tournament weekend featuring competitive hockey, premium championship awards and the Heatwave game-day atmosphere.
Up to 6 teams per division

- Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Medal Games
- Gold, Silver & Bronze Medal Games
Every team is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games, with teams advancing deeper into the tournament playing additional games. Final playoff structure may be adjusted depending on registration numbers while maintaining the 4-game guarantee.

Extra ice time, skill development and a chance to stay game-ready heading into the season.

Half the ice dedicated to goalie development, the other half to player shooting development.

Players will work on shooting technique, accuracy, release and game-situation shooting.

Playoff UpdateSemifinals Set for August 14
Round-robin play is complete and the 2026 Heatwave Hockey Series is heading into the semifinals Friday, August 14 at Centennial Arena. Four games, eight teams — the winners will square off for the title on Championship Night, Friday, August 21.
